Through drawing, painting, collage making, modeling clay, creative writing and other forms of artistic expression, you will receive guidance according to your needs and capabilities.
Previous experience with creating art is not required. Come as you are, with openness and curiosity.
Sessions can take place in person (in Geneva) or online.
Anyone! Without necessarily having talent or previous experience creating art. In the end, we are all artists.
Art therapy sessions can support you in working through and finding relief from many issues, such as overwhelming emotions, stress, anxiety (including COVID-19-related issues), or challenging life transitions.
It can also help you with setting goals and intentions, and more generally with self-discovery and personal growth.
