All of the fragile parts of ourselves, the ones that hold fear, sadness, grief, frustration, or doubt, wish to be seen and take their place in the space of awareness. They each carry a message, and a story to tell. By giving voice to these parts, they become lighter, allowing for new insights and the wise parts of ourselves to also shine through. With compassion and encouragement, I help you create this safe space so you can tell the stories you need to tell.
My approach is grounded in mindfulness-based art making. This means that my sessions start with the intention of giving expression to what is alive in us (in our body, our mind, our spirit) in the present moment. I work with adults of all ages and different cultural backgrounds. I currently live in Geneva, where I also do academic research in family sociology. I love my garden, and I am passionate about ecovillages and alternative, more caring ways of living and relating to each other and the planet.
